Beneficial Health is a family run business based in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Having run a local business for many years, we decided that a new business, with online ordering, to promote health (as we are all getting older and living longer) was an ever increasing area of interest to us. We therefore set-up Beneficial Health and in November 2009 opened a Health Food Store at 42b Lower Street, Pulborough to provide complementary health products including:

• vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements
• women’s and men’s healthcare
• natural organic bodycare products
• healthy, organic snack bars and fruit juices
• herbal and fruit teas
• natural organic wholefoods
• gluten/wheat/dairy free products

To anyone who wants to help maintain a healthy, happy, mind, body and soul, we hope you find our products beneficial.

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5pm
Saturday 9.30am - 3.00pm
Sunday - Closed
