Bioforce Avena Sativa, made from organically grown oats harvested at their optimum potency, is a nerve tonic which helps manage mental exhaustion, anxiety, depression, hyperactivity and withdrawal symptoms e.g cravings.

Contains high amounts of B vitamins to support the nervous system and alkaloids to sooth and relax muscle and act as a mild sedative to calm those with anxiety, hyperactivity and insomnia.

Directions for use:
Adults: 20 drops 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
Children: (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
