Adios works by acting on the body's metabolism: it contains a mild thyroid stimulant, which speeds up the body's metabolic rate. In other words, Adios accelerates the rate at which the body converts food stores, e.g. fat, into energy. When used as part of a calorie controlled diet this can lead to a loss in calories and, consequently, a loss in weight. The purpose of the other active ingredients is to work together to increase this effect through stimulation of the liver ensuring fat breakdown.
