Product Description
Bio-health Pure-Fil Pysllium capsules are totally free from all additives, sugar lactose, gluten and yeast. Psyllium is a natural soluble fibre which can help clear the system if sluggish or constipated.
Recommended Dosage
2 capsules twice daily taken with a full glass of water. Children between 6 and 12, half adult dose.

Pysllium Husk pure powdered husk 400mg, Vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HMPC) (approx) 95mg
Cautions
Do not take during pregnancy.
