Plolenta Classic
Ingredients:
- 750ml Water
- 120g Biona Polenta Bramata
Preparation:
- Bring water to the boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Pour in Polenta steadily, stirring constantly.
- Continue to stir until polenta is thickened - cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
Polenta can be served straight from the pot.
Alternatively spoon Polenta into an oiled tray and smooth out. Allow to cool - the Polenta can then be cut into slices and pan-fried or grilled before serving.
Serve with oven roasted vegetables, Cheese and fresh herbs.
