A delicious herbal infusion including cranberry and raspberry made with 100% natural flavours.
Cranberry & Raspberry smoothie
Serves 2
4 Dr Stuarts cranberry & Raspberry tea bags.
12 large raspberries
150ml milk
½ apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced.
2tsb lemon juice
1tsb honey
Pour 150ml boiling water on to the tea bags and allow to brew for 10 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Divide between two tall glasses and serve immediately.
Healthy tip: Garnish with some fresh mint leaves and a raspberry.
