This is an excellent gluten free loaf made with rice, tapioca and flax so it has all the health benefits in natural flax seeds. It is a light whole meal like bread rich in B vitamins iron and folic acid
Can be eaten straight from the pk or lightly toasted.
For sandwiches, microwave 2 slices for 20 seconds on low power (350w) then transfer to a cool dry plate.
