Oregano contains strong antioxidant activity, scavenging harmful excess free radicals and protecting the lipids in cell membranes against oxidation. Suggested intake:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, with meals, or as your health professional advises.

Children (6-15): Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, taking 1 capsule with meals, building up to 3 or as your health professional advises.
