Organic Quinoa (Chimborazo quinoa) is Gluten Free.
This highly nutritious grain makes a healthy alternative to rice or cous cous. It can also be added to soups and stews. Chimborazo quinoa is twice washed, unpolished and retains its entire nutritious germ. It is higher in fibre than any other quinoa available and has a delightful nutty flavour. We take the time so you have the time to eat healthily.
To cook: Combine 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa. Cover and bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until the seed swells and the water is absorbed.
